Personalities at Stavropoleos
Over the years, numerous celebrities of religious, political and cultural life have visited Stavropoleos Ensemble. Romanian Patriarch, metropolitans and bishops, cardinals and monks, state presidents, ministers and important cultural personalities have crossed the threshold of our monastery.
We welcomed them and showed them the monument, the art collection and the library of the monastery. They expressed gratitude and appreciation writing a few lines in the Book of Honour.
