Drawing Class at Stavropoleos

A group of students from Marina Căpățînă Painting School in Bucharest chose Stavropoleos Monastery as model for their drawing class in the historical centre of the city. They spent an hour in front of the church in order to catch the architectural shapes of the monument, in lines and fine hatching, with pencils and charcoal.
